Transitional Housing

The People Center has six beautiful apartments to house individuals and families that are facing a housing crisis.

If you are in need of Transitional Housing...

Our transitional housing program is available to people in the area that are in need. We provide housing, rent and utility free, for a period of up to six months. During this time, the households are expected to attend LOVE, Inc.'s budget classes and meet with the People Center staff on a regular basis. With this assistance it is our intention to have the families or individuals become independent and provide housing for themselves.

Apartments are available though an application process only. You must contact The People Center at (616)844-6710 and set up an appointment to fill our an application. Applications are available upon apartment availability only.
